How to book your Fishing Holiday
Our price promise
If you are able to find anything comparable cheaper per person, we will better that price.
We are confident there is not another combination like ours of a house of more than 250 square metres with a fully stocked lake as beautiful as Le Marteau. You can certainly catch bigger Carp elsewhere, but we aim to cater for the whole family whether they fish or not.
Our rentals are from 4pm Sat - 10am Sat where you will be greeted and shown around. A food pack can be provided should you want one, at a small charge. Bait can also be arranged at a reasonable rate. Two towels per person are included. There are 3 bikes that you can use should you want to.

A booking form will download which you can fill out and either email directly to us, or print out and send in the post. You can also print out a copy for your own records.
(Requires Adobe Reader Version 9 or above.)
We accept cheque payments or payments by Paypal, and you can indicate your preference on the form.
Booking Terms and Conditions
1. A deposit of £300 is payable to secure your booking
2. Balance is due 12 weeks before holiday starts
3. If booking within 12 weeks of departure please send full amount with booking
4. A security deposit of £250 payable which will be returned within 2 weeks of completion of holiday as long as the property is left as it was found.
5. Cancellation of the holiday 12 weeks prior to departure will forfeit the deposit, less than 12 weeks 50% will be returned if the property can be let to someone else.
6. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to the following: fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather conditions, acts of god, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war or any other event or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Insurance: You are strongly advised to arrange a travel insurance policy covering medical costs, cancellation, personal belongings, public liability etc, since these are not covered by us. Under European law you are also required to carry an EHIC card, available from your local Post Office or via the internet.
8. Any damages or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. Checks will be made but please inform us yourself.
9. Personal Risk: Fishing is carried out entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage that might occur on the property while fishing or any other activity on the property.
10. Rubbish: Please put recyclable material in the yellow bags. Wheelie Bins for both non recyclable and recyclable materials are 150 metres up the road on the left.
11. Please ring should you have any difficulties. We want you to have a great holiday
12. Under no circumstance will our liability to you exceed to cost of the holiday
13. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group hold valid passports for travel within the European Community.
14. The signature on the Booking Form constitutes a contract and is binding on both parties subject to English Law
15. Two towels per person per week will be provided.
16. Four Fishing Rods, Reels, landing net and Unhooking mat are provided for your use . Terminal tackle you will need to supply.
17. Three bicycles are provided for your use. Adult size.
18. The items in 16 and 17 are at your risk and any damage must be paid for by you.
